please be invited to Master Thesis talk by Vishnavi Voorelli (ICT Master) entitled

Analysis of long-term disease data and feasibility study on improving compliance through gamification of therapy.

In her work Ms. Voorelli analyzed a large database on disease patterns and identified disease prevalence and inter correlations.

Based on ordering these diseases she discussed their suitability for rehabilitation based on gamified therapy.

The idea is to perform rehabilitation remotely by using consumer grade gaming equipment like xbox and Kinect sensor.

She tested a therapeutic game provided by our former guest scientist Ms. Ass. Prof. Dra. Cristián Castillo from Mexico.

In her thesis she takes a wide view on the prerequisites for Gamified therapy.
